Leaders-About

We Work with Senior Executives, Managers, Supervisors and Team Leads To…

Understanding the systems you are part of, and your role in how these systems operate is paramount now, more than ever. Because, the moral imperative of “being the right thing to do” for organizations to reflect a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace culture as a norm is typically not a compelling enough justification in today’s marketplace to drive this change; otherwise, most organizations would probably already look like this.

Recognizing as leaders, you are at the crux of the change paradox and as a result, are uniquely positioned to help effect change across your sphere of influence. The question then becomes, how to use this power?

Will you use it to perpetuate the status quo of systemic racism and other forms of oppression so prevalent in many organizations today with in-groups and out-groups and “othering” of diverse talent, based on their group identities? Or will you use it to be an agent of change, and help disrupt these systems?

“With every breath we take, we must commit to being that change, and to creating a better, more just world for everyone.”

~ Tim Cook, CEO, Apple

What clients say...

I was assigned a D&I project to understand differences between generations in the workplace. I had no idea where to start or what it was that I was trying to assess. It was suggested that Sabrina work with me to scope out this project and help with the work to deliver a findings report to senior leadership. Sabrina was may savior! Sabrina was critical with the project scoping and planning, gathering and assessing data, and developing a report to senior leadership. This was done through thoughtful questions, bringing her vast knowledge and experience to the discussion, rolling up her sleeves to gather data and analyze it, as well as craft and support the presentation. Sabrina did a great job coaching me through the project, offering suggestions, and certainly offering her opinion and feedback. The final deliverable to senior leadership was a well-crafted presentation that sparked conversation and actions. Sabrina is very personable and cares about her client’s success, has vast experiences and knowledge, and can easily flex her style to meet the needs of her client and/or audience. She is able to quickly develop a comfortable rapport through her personable style and great sense of humor. It is through this that Sabrina is able to create a very open and trusting dialogue that creates great discussion and action. Sabrina is very action oriented… she makes sure things are getting done.
